How aiAxonIQ isolates, protects and processes your data, with links to the documents that commit to each point. Everything here is also available to self-host in your own infrastructure.

Tenant isolation

  • Tenant identity injected at the ingest layer, never trusted from the SDK
  • Every query filtered by tenant at the storage layer
  • Tenant-scoped API keys, with no cross-tenant access

Encryption and credentials

  • TLS for all data in transit, terminated at the edge
  • Encryption at rest via the underlying storage infrastructure
  • API keys bcrypt-hashed, never stored or logged in plaintext

  • Owner, admin, editor and viewer roles
  • Immutable audit log of account and configuration changes
  • SSO / SAML available on Enterprise plans

Data protection

  • aiAxonIQ acts as a processor under GDPR, with a DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Breach notification without undue delay, and within 72 hours
  • EU-only data residency available for Enterprise (AWS eu-central-1)

Sub-processors

We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a sub-processor, and you can object within 15 days. The current list, from the DPA:

  • Amazon Web Services

    Infrastructure hosting (US: us-east-1, EU: eu-central-1)

  • Stripe

    Payment processing (billing data only)

  • Postmark

    Transactional email delivery (email addresses only)

  • Cloudflare

    CDN and DDoS protection (IP addresses in transit)

Responsible disclosure

Found a vulnerability? Email security@aiaxoniq.com. We commit to:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  • Provide an initial assessment within 72 hours
  • Keep you informed of remediation progress
  • Not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers
