What counts as a "service"?
A service is any named application or component sending telemetry — microservice, monolith, lambda, or infrastructure agent. Each unique service.name in your OTel data counts as one service.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and your new limits apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my storage limits?
We'll notify you before you hit the limit. You can either upgrade, or we'll begin dropping the oldest data to stay within your allocation. We never charge overage fees without warning.
Is my data portable?
Yes. aiAxonIQ is built on open standards — telemetry is ingested via OTLP and Prometheus remote-write, so your instrumentation is portable by design. You can retrieve your data through the query API, and self-hosted deployments keep all telemetry in your own infrastructure.
Can I try aiAxonIQ before paying?
Yes. The Free tier includes up to 3 services with no credit card required, so you can evaluate the platform for as long as you like and upgrade to Growth when you need more.
